Margaritas, spiked or not, have always been one of my favs. When I stopped drinking alcohol on AIP I thought it’d be fun to try out different mocktail recipes and this one became an instant hit! They’re the perfect blend of sweet and tart, low-calorie, and can be shared with all ages. I’m telling you…make these and I guarantee they’ll be your next (guilt-free) crowd pleasers!

Hint: Use your cilantro stems too, which have all the flavor of cilantro, but are often overlooked!

Did you know? In 2022 Colorado voters passed Prop 122: The Natural Medicine Health Act (SB 23-290) which decriminalized the personal use, sharing, cultivation and possession of 5 psychedelic plants and fungi. Under this Coloradans who are 21 years or older are allowed to grow and ingest mushrooms that contain psilocybin and psilocin for personal use.
