Hi!!! My name is Monica. I’m the digital creator, mushroom cultivator and Crohn’s warrior behind Manifest2Heal. Determined to heal my gut during a traumatic flare, I originally launched this site to share new recipes I was creating for an elimination diet. Around that same time a friend (re)introduced me to magic mushrooms and I noticed mental health benefits almost immediately. Soon afterward I achieved remission and began cultivating my own mushroom medicine. Grateful for the healing powers of diet and fungi, I now share my fav recipes as well as how to grow mushrooms at home.
