Cilantro Lime Mocktails

These refreshing drinks are my healthier (and virgin) take on the classic margarita! They're AIP, Paleo & Top 8 friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Crushed ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Discard any extra foam from the top.
  • Strain (optional). Divide among 2 glasses over crushed ice.
