Made with fresh strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, & honey, these Strawberry Mimosa Mocktails just scream summer vibes. Whip these colorful delights up for brunch, grill-outs, happy hours, or simply because! They’re always a refreshing addition at any time and anywhere.
Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries
- Orange juice
- Lemon juice
- Still water
- Honey
- Sparkling water to serve

Instructions
- Rinse & hull (cut off the stems from) the strawberries.
- Juice the oranges to produce 1 cup of fresh juice.
- Juice the lemon to produce 2-3 tablespoon of fresh juice.
- Add all the ingredients except the sparkling water to a blender and blend into a fruit syrup puree.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the puree over a large bowl or liquid measuring cup to remove the strawberry seeds.
- To serve, add crushed ice to a glass then pour ½ cup of puree and ½ cup of sparkling water and stir to combine well. Enjoy!
Hint: Use a spoon to help scrape/push the puree through the strainer quicker.

Storage
Store the leftover juice puree, separate from the sparkling water, in an airtight container. Stays good in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

- ½ cup honey
- 4 cups sparkling water to serve
