oranges (1 cup juice)

lemon (2-3 tablespoon juice)

sparkling water to serve
Instructions
Rinse & hull (cut off the stems from) the strawberries.
Juice the oranges to produce 1 cup of fresh juice.
Juice the lemon to produce 2-3 tablespoon of fresh juice.
Add all the ingredients except the sparkling water to a blender and blend into a fruit syrup puree.
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the puree over a large bowl or liquid measuring cup to remove the strawberry seeds.
To serve, add crushed ice to a glass then pour ½ cup of puree and ½ cup of sparkling water and stir to combine well. Enjoy!
Notes
Use a spoon to help scrape/push the puree through the strainer quicker.
