Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 3 oranges (1 cup juice)
  • 1 lemon (2-3 tablespoon juice)
  • ½ cup still water
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 cups sparkling water to serve

Instructions
 

  • Rinse & hull (cut off the stems from) the strawberries.
  • Juice the oranges to produce 1 cup of fresh juice.
  • Juice the lemon to produce 2-3 tablespoon of fresh juice.
  • Add all the ingredients except the sparkling water to a blender and blend into a fruit syrup puree.
  • Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the puree over a large bowl or liquid measuring cup to remove the strawberry seeds.
  • To serve, add crushed ice to a glass then pour ½ cup of puree and ½ cup of sparkling water and stir to combine well. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a spoon to help scrape/push the puree through the strainer quicker.
