As we enter cold and flu season, I thought I’d share a little remedy to help mitigate those pesky symptoms. These shooters are power-packed with nutrients to boost and keep your immune system healthy!

Ingredients
- Warm water
- Fresh lemon juice
- Freshly grated ginger
- Ground turmeric
- Raw honey (optional, omit for Whole30)

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jar with a tight lid.
- Shake so everything is fully combined.
- Divide into 6 double shot glasses.
