These healthy roasted radishes are topped with a tasty balsamic glaze! They’re AIP, Paleo & Top 8 friendly.
I only recently discovered the joy of roasting radishes. They are an awesome substitute for typical sides like potatoes. Being a huge fan of sauce, I combined these with an optional balsamic glaze to dress them up a bit. I think it adds a delightful bite myself. Add these as a side or just enjoy them alone as a snack!
