    This nourishing tea is packed with detoxifying ingredients! It's anti-inflammatory and AIP, Paleo, Whole30 & Top 8 friendly.

    This homemade detoxifying tea is a satisfying blend of herbs. Packed with nutrients and a pleasant flavor, it’s an excellent addition to your busy day. This recipe is easy, straightforward and done in just 20 minutes!

    Ingredients

    4 cups water

    lemon juice

    2” piece ginger

    Parsley

    Mint

    Ground turmeric

    Whole cloves

    This nourishing tea is packed with detoxifying ingredients! It's anti-inflammatory and AIP, Paleo, Whole30 & Top 8 friendly.

    Instructions

    Add all of the ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Cut the heat, cover the pot, and let sit for 5 minutes, undisturbed. Strain the tea to remove the contents.

    Hint: Grate the ginger as is. There is no need to peel off the skin first.

    • 4 cups water
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2" piece of ginger, roughly chopped
    • 1 cup parsley, roughly chopped
    • ½ cup mint, roughly chopped
    • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 4 whole cloves
