These kale chips are a delightful little snack at any time! They are AIP, Paleo, Top 8 & Whole30.
My tasty kale chips are simply coated with lime juice, olive oil, and salt before getting baked to perfection. They’re quick, easy, and incredibly nutritious. Not to mention, they are always a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
- Kale
- Lime juice
- Olive oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Break kale leaves off of stem into small pieces.
- Rinse kale and spin or pat dry.
- Transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Combine well.
- Spread kale on a baking pan, being careful not to overcrowd.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly charred. Serve immediately.
Hint: Do NOT overcrowd the baking pan! If you do, you will get soggy chips.
