Summer’s officially here and there’s no better way to celebrate than with my homemade lemonade!


I first shared this recipe back in 2021 on Instagram, and it’s still one of my favorite creations.
Woke up wanting to post it here and then @_savs.nails_777 randomly painted lemons on my nails the same morning. Meant to be? Absolutely!

Homemade Lemonade
Summer’s officially here and there’s no better way to celebrate than with my homemade lemonade!
Ingredients
- 5 large lemons (1½ cups juice)
- 1 cup honey (agave for vegan)
- 8-10 cups water, depending on taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water and 1 cup of honey in a small saucepan on med-low until fully combined, stirring occasionally (3-5min).
- While water and honey are heating, juice the lemons.
- Once water and honey are fully combined, transfer to a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and remainder of water to the pitcher.
- Chill before serving or add ice and serve immediately.
Notes
- If you can find Meyer lemons those are best!
