    Always a hit in my house, this avocado pudding is kind to the gut and tastes absolutely divine. Easy, quick, and healthy, you can make this in under 10 minutes. Using avocados as the base and carob powder as the chocolate alternative, it’s a guilt-free dessert that is one of my favs!

    Ingredients

    • 2 medium avocados
    • Water
    • Carob Powder
    • Honey (maple syrup for vegan)
    • Lemon Juice
    • Salt
    • Cinnamon

    Instructions

    1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

    Substitutions

    • Maple Syrup – Sub 3 tablespoon in place of honey for vegan option

    Storage

    For the longest storage life, put the pudding into a jar with a tight lid, the avocado pit in the pudding, and lemon slices on top.

    Keeps for up to three days in the fridge.

    • 2 avocados
    • ½ cup water
    • ¼ cup carob powder
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

    Instructions
     

    • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

    Notes

    1. Sub 3 tablespoon maple syrup in place of the honey for a vegan option.
