I learned this addicting appetizer recipe from a very special person in my life, Jeffie, my best friends' mom. 💜
Ingredients
- 1 box Melba toast crackers
- 14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
- ¾ cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Set oven to 350℉.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then spread onto crackers on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you can’t find the Melba cracker brand specifically any toast cracker will do.
- You can adjust the amounts of cheese/mayo/artichoke to your liking.
