    These kale chips are a delightful little snack at any time! They are AIP, Paleo, Top 8 & Whole30.

    My tasty kale chips are simply coated with lime juice, olive oil, and salt before getting baked to perfection. They’re quick, easy, and incredibly nutritious. Not to mention, they are always a crowd-pleaser!

    Ingredients

    • Kale
    • Lime juice
    • Olive oil
    • Salt

    These kale chips are a delightful little snack at any time! They are AIP, Paleo, Top 8 & Whole30.

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Break kale leaves off of stem into small pieces.
    3. Rinse kale and spin or pat dry.
    4. Transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Combine well.
    5. Spread kale on a baking pan, being careful not to overcrowd.
    6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly charred. Serve immediately.

    Hint: Do NOT overcrowd the baking pan! If you do, you will get soggy chips.

    Tips & Tricks

    • Break kale bunch into small pieces for the most flavor.
    • Make sure to evenly coat the kale with oil, lime juice, and salt.
