Two words that always sparked joy in my childhood: Artichoke Cheesies! I learned this addicting appetizer recipe from a very special person in my life, Jeffie, my best friends’ mom. I’m sharing this today to honor her on what would be her 73rd birthday. I miss her dearly. πŸ’œ
