Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz pre-packaged coleslaw (green/red cabbage + carrot, ~8 cups)
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup sliced cilantro
  • cup kewpie mayo
  • 6 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon MisoHeat Chili Paste (see note below)
  • 1 tablespoon Mushroom Extract Powder (see note below)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in a large serving bowl and combine well.
  • Cover and let marinate in the fridge for ~20 minutes before serving.
