Instructions
Combine Canna Honey, gelatin, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
Heat the ingredients on medium-low, whisking constantly until the mixture has thinned (~5 minutes).
Transfer into gummy molds with the provided dropper or pour into a small baking dish.
Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before removing the gummies from the molds or baking dish.
Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Notes
You can adjust the honey amount to how strong you want them.
Keep the gelatin on low heat while transferring it to the molds otherwise it will harden in the pot.
Be sure to cool completely before removing the gummies from the molds.
