Caesar Dressing Without Anchovies

1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup olive oil ¾ cup mayo 2 large lemons, juiced 3 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 3 teaspoon dijon mustard 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoon dried minced garlic 1½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt hot sauce to taste (I use Cholula)
In a large jar or small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mustard, worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt and black pepper until fully combined.
Add mayo, oil and parmesan cheese and stir together well.
Whisk in hot sauce to taste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This recipe makes 2 cups total.
Stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
