Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup carob powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Sub 3 tablespoon maple syrup in place of the honey for a vegan option.
  2. For the longest storage life, put the pudding into a jar with a tight lid, the avocado pit in the pudding, and lemon slices on top.
  3. Keeps for up to three days in the fridge.
