Lemon Canna Gummies

- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup pre-made Canna Honey (or sub regular honey)
- ¼ cup gelatin
- ¼ cup water
Combine Canna Honey, gelatin, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
Heat the ingredients on medium-low, whisking constantly until the mixture has thinned (~5 minutes).
Transfer into gummy molds with the provided dropper or pour into a small baking dish.
Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour before removing the gummies from the molds or baking dish.
Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- You can adjust the honey amount to how strong you want them.
- Keep the gelatin on low heat while transferring it to the molds otherwise it will harden in the pot.
- Be sure to cool completely before removing the gummies from the molds.
