    This sweet and savory breakfast porridge comes together in just 10 minutes!! It's AIP, Paleo & Top 8 friendly with a Whole30 option!

    Using pumpkin and banana as the base, this breakfast porridge is both nutrient-dense and filling. It’s super easy, tasty, and gentle on the gut. Perfect for a busy morning or if you’re experiencing low energy and need a quick boost.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can pumpkin puree
    • Water
    • 1 overripe banana, mashed
    • Unsweetened shredded coconut
    • Maple syrup (sub berries for Whole30)
    • Cinnamon
    • Ginger powder
    • Salt
    • Dried oregano
    • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides
    • ½ cup berries to top (optional, recommended for Whole30)

    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat on medium-low stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through (~5 min). Top with berries of choice and serve immediately.

    Storage

    Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days.
