Heat 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high in the wok. Crush the garlic and chilis together then cook until fragrant (~30 seconds).
Add the ground pork and cook until no longer pink (~5 minutes).
After the meat has browned, add the cut green beans, oyster sauce, soy sauces & sugar to the wok. Allow the sauce to cook into the meat/beans for a couple minutes with minimal stirring.
Toss the basil into the wok and slowly add water until the dish is to the desired consistency (~2-5 min).
Serve hot with rice and a fried egg.
Notes
Pad Krapow is traditionally made with Holy Basil which has a distinctive flavor profile that's similar to fennel. Unfortunately this type of basil can be difficult to find in the States. For this reason you can substitute with Thai Basil (cinnamon taste) or regular Sweet Basil if those are all you can find at your local Asian market or grocery store.
Cut out the seeds from the Thai Hot Chilis to remove some of the heat.
Oyster Sauce usually contains corn starch and can also have gluten so make sure to read the ingredient label if you have intolerances.
