- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup water
- 1 overripe banana
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (sub berries for Whole30)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides
- ½ cup berries to top
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Heat on medium-low stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through (~5 min).
Top with berries of choice and serve immediately.
