Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 overripe banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (sub berries for Whole30)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides
  • ½ cup berries to top

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. 
  • Heat on medium-low stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through (~5 min).
  •  Top with berries of choice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days.
