Kale Chips

These kale chips are a delightful little snack at any time! They're AIP, Paleo, Top 8 & Whole30.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups kale
  • 4 teaspoon lime juice
  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Break kale leaves off of stem into small pieces.
  • Rinse kale and spin or pat dry.
  • Transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Combine well.
  • Spread kale on a baking pan, being careful not to overcrowd.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly charred. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Break kale bunch into small pieces for the most flavor.
  • Make sure to evenly coat the kale with oil, lime juice, and salt.
  • Do NOT overcrowd the baking pan! If you do, you will get soggy chips.
