Herbal Detox Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2" piece of ginger, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup mint, roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 4 whole cloves

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Cut the heat, cover the pot, and let sit for 5 minutes, undisturbed. Strain the tea to remove the contents. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Grate the ginger as is. There is no need to peel off the skin first.
